Everything
parents ask
before booking.

If yours isn't here, pop it on the booking form and I'll get back to you.

Space & setup

How much space do you need?
Just enough clear floor for everyone to dance — there's no fixed minimum. I've run parties in backyards, living rooms, parks, school halls and community rooms. Tell me your venue and group size when you book and I'll let you know it's a fit.
How long do you need to set up?
I usually arrive 10 minutes before the party starts. This gives me enough time to set up my equipment, meet the birthday child, and say hello to everyone before the fun begins!
Do you do school events & bigger groups?
Yes — I work with schools and vacation care, on festivals and events. For groups over 40, or regular Zumba Kids or Dance classes at your primary or high school, get in touch and I'll tailor something for your group.

Weather

Can you do outdoor parties?
Indoor space is always the safest option due to weather conditions. However, a park or a big enough backyard can also work well, especially if the weather is nice and there is some shade available. If you’re planning to use a park, please check who the area belongs to, which council manages it, and what the conditions are for hosting private parties with louder music.
What if it rains on the day?

Safety is always our top priority! If the ground is wet due to rain, we can't safely run dance activities outdoors.

If you've planned an outdoor party, don't worry — we have two options if the weather doesn't cooperate:

Move indoors — If you have a suitable indoor space that can accommodate your party (such as a living room, community hall, or covered area), we'll simply move the party inside and keep the fun going.

Reschedule — If an indoor option isn't available, we're happy to reschedule your party to another mutually convenient date.

Pricing

Are there any hidden fees?
None. Each package is a flat, all-in price for up to 40 kids — no per-guest charges and no GST surprises. Travel across Sydney is included.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No — there's no deposit and no booking fee. Just confirm your date. If your plans change, let me know as early as you can and we'll work it out.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Travel anywhere across Sydney metro is included in the price. For a venue outside Sydney, get in touch and I'll let you know what's possible.
Can we split the cost with another family?
Of course — combined parties are welcome. It's one booking and one invoice, and how you split it between families is up to you.

Kids & safety

What ages do you cover?
Parties are designed for kids aged 5–11. If you've got a few younger ones in the mix, mention it when you book and I'll let you know what works best.
What should the kids wear?
Anything comfy they can move in — leggings, shorts and sneakers are perfect. No special outfit needed.
Are you insured? Working With Children Check?
Yes to all three — $20M public-liability insurance, a current NSW Working With Children Check, and current First Aid & CPR certification. Certificates available on request.

Music & volume

Can we request specific songs?
I'd love to hear any must-play favourites — send them through when you book and I'll fit them in where I can. Or simply do the request during singing time. It’s the best option if your child loves singing.
Is the music age-appropriate?
Always. Every track is chosen for the age of the group, using clean or radio edits — nothing that wouldn't pass the parent ear-test.

Booking

How far in advance should we book?
Weekends and school-holiday dates book out fastest, so the earlier the better — but it's always worth asking about a last-minute date.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
I usually reply within 4 hours during the day — often much sooner.
Can we chat before booking?
Of course — I'm happy to jump on a quick call before you book. Just leave a note on the booking form and we'll set a time.
